Truckdoza Progress...

She's getting there in the mad race to get to Waterfest in less than 3 weeks. These photos are the highlights of the past 2 months of work.

Engine bay - pre operations. Functional, but dirty and having some issues here and there.
Same thing from the other side.
Dave messing with the speaker to make it stay in.
Bed... one advantage of a truck is while you're working it you can fill the back up with parts.
Inline Performance, that's where we did the work. Well, Dave did a majority of the work. I just thought stuff up.
Old Turbo setup.
Dave checkin' something.
Still checkin'!
Painted the mirror (didn't want to pull the door card to take the mirror off).
Painted all of the black trim black again.
Jerry rigged the clutch pedal to be tighter.
Buffed the lenses.
Shiny lenses in the back.
Playing with electricity!
We needed a lot of connectors!
The old rear bumper setup.
Pumping some turbos for excercise. Boy, was it exhausting. Get it, exhausting? LOL!
Cut a hole in the air box to improve airflow.
Truckdoza on the lift.
The white tape is what was deleted from the front bumper mounts.
Deleting....
Back bumper removed.
Dave measuring the back bumper.
Front mounts post-weld. These then went back to the powdercoater for another shot.
Back bumper test-fit!
Not lookin' too bad.
Back bumper from a distance.
Tore teh dash apart.
Caught a nice brook trout!
Dashboard components.
Dave soldering. He went crazy with the soldier! He probably soldiered 150 connections. He wasn't happy with my jerry rigged crimped cables.
The new front end of the doza! Powdercoated bumper and new reflective vinyl strip!
Schwing!
Fixing more of my "custom" wiring in the dash. It all cleaned up real nice in the end.
See, the bed filled up qiuck!
Dash going back together!
Engine bay again.
Painted the washer bottle black. It becomes much less conspicuous.
Look to the left of the steering wheel, there is the new "super secret" switch controller.
The bed.
Rear bumper fit. Bed pre-line-X.
Truckdoza from a distance!
New turbocharger!
Pretty ain't she?
Brake booster being cleaned up.
Patched a few dents in the bed before the line-x spray.
Old Turbo Setup.
Old downpipe on the top, new on the bottom. Notice the smoother bends. The new downpipe also eliminates the cast iron piece to the right.
Truckdoza on the lift. You can see a bit of the line-x on the tailgate.
Deleted the over-boost valve. That's what a boost gauge is for.
Misc. turbo junk.
The ports on the back of the head.
1.6D. Sukka. Kind of dirty, but oh well.
Old turbo again.
New turbo!
Ready for action!
New DP installed.
Stainless all the way.
And some fish I caught. A 13" smallmouth and a 10" rock bass. Good eats, I say!
