Getting this monstosity into the binding machine. Always
a fun task. |
Can you believe this dude fit into there? |
Pulling it through. |
It looked smaller out there. Laying next to it for scale. |
Jaime was stoked though! |
Doing some preparations! |
Lighting posed some new obstacles! |
Jaime!!!! |
Um yeah, it was big. |
Opening it up... |
Always a tense moment. The amount of pressure on the netting is intense! |
Cutting... |
Cutting.... |
Woah... |
Here it comes... |
Balthazar started unfolding! |
Okay, it's kind of big. |
Yep, definately big. We thought we were going to get a normal sized
tree and failed miserably! |
Hugeness! |
Let's get this puppy lit... |
Almost ran out but had just barely enough! |
It was grueling work but someone had to do it! |
All lit up! |
Bubblers and garland time... |
Jaime proud. |
All done! |
What a nice looking tree. It is 11 feet high and was 9 feet wide out
of the netting. I trimmed the width down a bit, but still easily 7 feet
wide. |
Awesome. |
3219 lights on this dude! 16 sets of 200 + 12 in the star and 7 bubblers. |
Outside the house, Balthazar just looks like a huge wad of shinyness. |
Yay! |
The end until next year anyways! |
